-Walsingham → popular place of pilgrimage to pray to Jesus
What is missionary work ?
person sent on religious mission, promotes Christianity in foreign places
What is Evangelism ?
spreading the faith by missionaries
What does the local church do ?
-unites the local community
-provides support/comfort when needed
How does the local church help ?
-worship through living practice
-outreach work
-ecumenism
