A

primary biliary cholangitis + primary sclerosing cholangitis
early HCC
viral cirrhosis
alcoholic cirrhosis after 6mo abstinence
NAFLD with cirrhosis
fulminant hepatic failure eg post paracetamol od

NAFLD - investigations

A

only done if NAFLD found incidentally

1° - enhanced liver fibrosis blood test
2° - fibroscan + FIB4/NAFLD score

if advanced suspected, biopsy

management - weight loss + monitoring
