-On the dorsum of the foot, between the first and second toes, .5 cun proximal to the margin of the web

“Great Rushing”
On the dorsum of the foot, in the hollow distal to the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones (base of the bones).
Where is LIV-4
“Middle Seal”
On the ankle, anterior to the prominence of the medial malleolus, in the significant depression just medial to the tendon of tibialis anterior when the ankle is dorsiflexed. Go half-way between a line from SP-5 to ST-41
Where is LIV-5
“Woodworm canal”
Divide the 15 medial leg measurement into 3rds, the 1st 3rd is 5 cun a once the prominence of the medial malleolus one dot width onto the bone, on bone- posterior edge of the tibia, look for a depression in the bone
Where is LIV-6
“Central Capital”
7 cun from the prominence of the medial malleolus, 2 cun above LIV-5
Where is LIV-7
“Knee joint”
Posterior and inferior to the medial condyle of the tibia, 1 cun posterior to SP-9
Where is LIV-8
“Spring at the crook”
Just superior to the medial end of the popliteal crease, in the deepest depression anterior to the tendons of m. Semitendinosus and m. Semi membranous, about 1 cun anterior to KD-10
Where is LIV-9
“Yin wrapping”
Directly superior to the medial epicondyle of the femur, 4 cun superior to LIV-8, in the cleft between m. Vastus medialis and m. Satorius. Flex muscle, anterior to muscle, just anterior to SP-10

“Completion Gate”
Directly anterior and inferior to the free end of the 11th rib
Where is LIV-14
“Cycle Gate”
On the mammillary line, in the 6th intercostal space, 4 cun lateral to the midline
