Ligaments of the liver
A
Falciform ligament. Sickle shapes seperates R + L lobe
Coronary ligament. Borders the bare area of the liver attaches liver top diaphragm
Triangular ligament. Union of anterior and posterior coronary ligament at the ends. Attaches lobes to diaphragm
Lesser omentum (hepatoduodenal and hepatogastric lig) Attaches liver to lessure curvature of the stomach and first part of the duodenum

Subphrenic space: Between the liver and the diaphragm
Subhepatic: Between the inferior surface of the liver and the transverse colon
Morrison’s pouch: Space between the visceral layer of the liver and the right kidney (most likely area for blood or pus to build.
