Stones
Stricture:

Neoplasms - cholangiocarcinoma, gall bladder adeno, pancreatic adeno, metastasis
Post-inflammatory - Pancreatitis, Radiation, Chemo
Inflammatory - AIDS cholangiopathy, biliary parasites, Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis

What is Caroli Disease?

A

Autosomal recessive ductal plate malformation. Can have saccular or linear dilation of intrahepatic bile ducts.

Complications - Intraductal stones, cholangitis/abscess, liver cirrhosis, cholangiocarcinoma

Hyperplasia that occurs in cirrhotic livers.
