What is foreshadowing?
Its like a little sneakpeak into the future of the history. For example «sharkmusic» to let the weivers of a film know that somthing bad is about to happen…
Repetition
Repetition is the same as saying the same thing/sentence multiple times. For eksempel in the speech «i have a dream»
Irony
Iriony is the same as saying the opposite of what you acctualy mean
Alliteration
Letter rhyme (she sells sea shells by the sea shore.)
Euporism
Litterary device used to soften or make somthing sound less hars or taboo. For example instead of saying «he passed away» you may say it with euporism like «he is no longer with us»
Contrasts
Is used to highlight differences, contrasts sets to completly different sides up againsts eachother. For eksempel black and white or hot and cold.
Onomatopoeia
Words that imitate the actual sounds they describe.
Play upon word (PUN)
Wordplay. For eksempel «im reading a book about gravity. Its impossible to put down»
Metaphores
Vocal pictures, symbols
Allusions
Pointig to a hidden text
Circular composition
A story that starts and ends at the same place
Rhyme rythm, and melody
Makes a story more flowing
Satire
Satire is a form of expression that uses humor to critisize someones stupidity, mistakes, shortcomings and attitudes.
