What Does Foil Mean?
A character who contrasts with another character, for the purpose of highlighting and differentiating a main character personality traits.
What Does Foreshadowing Mean?
A subtle warning or indication of a future event in a text; a “hint” that the author provides the reader that something is going to happen.
What is Literacy Point Of View?
The narrative perspective through which a story is told from ; most commonly first person , second person , third person omniscient, and third person limited.
What Does Mood Mean?
The Emotion or feeling that a text creates for the reader.
What is Science Fiction?
A type of fiction that deals with impact of imaged or actual science on society and individuals.
What is a symbol?
A character setting , object, or even event that represents a larger more complex idea or concept.
What does Theme mean?
The author message in the text about the way the world works or what it means to be human.
