Narrator cannot see any characters thoughts (he/she)
Direct characterization
Telling about a character through straightforward description
Indirect characterization
Shows a characters personality through actions/dialogue
Dynamic character
Character who changes
Static character
Character who stays the same
Protagonist
Main character
Not necessarily a hero
Anti-hero
A protagonist who is not “good”
I.e is evil, bad, etc
Antagonist
Conflict of protagonist ( can be person, nature, self)
