Dialogue is what characters say.
What is staging?
Staging is the practice of putting on the play.
What is a set?
Sets are the scenery, backdrops, and furniture that create the setting.
What are props?
Props are object used in the play to make it seem more realistic
e.g - phone, books, etc.
What is a stage direction?
An instruction in the text of a play, especially one indicating the movement, position, or tone of an actor.
How is a play divided?
A play is largely divided up into parts, or acts.
What are the actors and actresses who perform in plays called?
The cast.
What are the people who build sets, manage lighting, or work backstage called?
The crew.
