to Understand them better, to help them the way they want, to see them more clearly, and to support them.
not to comment, disagree, and find fault.

I always give moments of silence to others!
When the other person finishes any thought,
I stay silent, to allow further comment from the other person.
I don't ever jump in preventing them from completing their thoughts !!

Interrupting in anyway!
Or letting my past or my desire to “fix” the problem or concern
get in the way of my completely hearing their entire message
they are trying to convey to me at that moment!
