Tia Maria is origianlly jamaican but now produced in italy. Its Coffee infused Rum.
Bolivar is canadian coffee liqueur made by Kitlling Ridge.
Kahlua is an arabica coffee liquer produced in italy by same company that makes Tia Maria. Has molasses falvors and slight bitterness.

4 basic types of sake and what they mean :

A

1: Junmai-Shu - made only from rice with no added alcohol, usually fuller bodied
2: Honjozo-shu- made with a small amount of alcohol spirit, light, dry, fragrant.
3: Ginjo-Shu- very high quality and made with highly polished rice. complex, fruity, delicate.
4: Daiginjo-shu- made with the highest grade of polished rice, exceptionally frangrant and delicate.
