Fuel Loading
Center Tank may contain up to 22,050 lbs with less than full wing tanks provided center furl plus ZFW does not exceed MAX ZFW and CG is within limits. In this case FUEL USAGE II must be utilized
Prohibited Fuel on revenue
JP4 and JP8
FUEL USAGE I
Tank to engine fuel for T/O and LDG with all operable pumps on and crossfeed closed.
Open crossfeed for minimum fuel operations or to correct / prevent imbalance
FUEL USAGE II
Use center tank fuel for all operations until depleted.
Open crossfeed for minimum fuel operations.
Intentional dry running of center tank (CENTER L FUEL PUMP, CENTER R FUEL PUMP) is prohibited
If center fuel pump fails with fuel in the center tank, what checklist
FUEL PUMP
With engines off on the ground and fuel in the center tank verify…
CTR L FUEL PUMP and CTR R FUEL PUMP are displayed
Prior to transferring fuel or defueling verify conduct..
a lamp test of the respective fuel pump low pressure light
Which circuit breakers may we NOT reset
FUEL PUMP and/or FUEL PUMP CONTROL circuit breakers
Prior to ETOPS flight you must check
Fuel crossfeed in aircraft with a single crossfeed valve.
This may not be done earlier that 1 hour prior to he flight crew boarding for departure
