What are the limitations on resetting circuit breakers.

A

Only when directed by the QRH or if in the judgment of the Captain it is critical to safe operation.
A tripped CB may only be reset once
Allow 2 minutes to cool before resetting
In-flight reset only if system is critical for flight
Flight crew may not reset fuel quantity indicator, fuel pump or fuel pump control circuit breakers
