Icing Conditions Exist when
OAT on the ground and for takeoff or TAT in flight is 10° or below and visible moisture in any form is present.
Visible moisture is a form of precipitation such as clouds, fog with visibility of one mile or less, rain, snow, sleet or ice crystals.
When operating on ramps, taxiways or runways where surface snow, ice, standing water or slush may be infested by the engines or freeze on engines, nacelles or engine sensors probes.
Indicated in-flight by the primary ice detection system.
Do not use the autopilot below 100’ RA at airport field elevations above
8,500’
The autopilot must not be engaged below, a minimum engage altitude of ______ ‘ AGL after takeoff
500’
If autoland status annunciation does not display LAND 2 or LAND 3, the autopilot must be disengaged below ______ AGL
200’
For flaps 25 approach, the autopilot must be disengaged below _____’ AGL
100’
Do not use FLCH on final approach below ______ feet airport field elevation
1,000’
Autoland is approved with:
Flaps 20 or 30
Both engines operative, or one engine operative.
Land two or land three displayed on the AFDS status annunciation
Autoland is not approved with:
Flaps _______
__________ EICAS message displayed
Flaps 25 and/or
Slats Drive EICAS Message
Autoland is required for:
CAT 3 & CAT 2 (FX) Approaches
CAT 3 & CAT 2 Approaches are not authorized with any of the following EICAS messages displayed:
SGL Source Displays
SGL Source RAD ALT
Single Source ILS
Do not operate HF radios during:
Refueling operations
Engine EGT Limitation: Ground Start
750°C
Full rated takeoff and go around thrust ratings are limited to:
5 minutes, or
10 minutes in the event of loos of thrust on one engine
Derated Takeoff and Reduced Takeoff thrust is not allow for:
Alternate EEC Mode Operation
Use of reduced thrust is not allowed when the runway is:
Contaminated
Position reverse thrust levels, full down (forward thrust) only after engines have:
Decelerated to reverse idle
Engine Oil - Minimum Oil Pressure
10PSI
When OAT is 3° or below during ground operations, (including taxi-in and taxi-out) the engine must be run up momentarily to a minimum of:
50% N1 at intervals not to exceed 60 minutes
APU starter motors duty cycle for the electric starter motor and air turbine starter is:
3 Start Attempts in a 60 minute period each.
Do not extend flaps above ________ feet
20,000’
Prior to takeoff the maximum allowable difference between Captains or First Officers altitude, display, and field elevation is:
75’
For Low Visibility Takeoffs requiring the use of HUD takeoff guidance mode(RVR < 500 feet/150 m actual or report visibility
The FPV must be caged
The maximum crosswind is 15kts
