Extending Flaps Limitation
To minimize wear on flap assembly, when extending flaps to positions 1 through 20, use placard limit speed minus 10 knots. Use placard limit speeds during flap retraction or when operating flaps in accordance with a non-normal procedure.

40 knots for Takeoff and Landing
