Engine Anti/Ice on when…?

A

Engine Anti/Ice ON during all ground operations when icing conditions exist or are anticipated. i.e. 10 C and below & visible moisture.
ON during flight (except during climb or cruise when SAT is below -40 C) Engine Anti/Ice must be ON prior to and during descent in icing conditions including below -40 C

A

FADEC cannot identify nor correct a hung start or tailpipe fire. There will be no ECAM message either.
Manually abort the start by placing the engine master switch to OFF
(aircraft trajectory: advise “stop the push”, set brake…)
