- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Agave
- Splash club
- All ingredients in tin (except soda)
- Shake
- Pour into collins glass with ice
- Top with soda

- 0.25 oz Agave
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 Basil leaves
- 1 oz egg white
- Top with Crane Lake
- Muddle basil
- Add egg white
- Dry shake
- Add ice and rest please of ingredients (except Crane Lake). Shake.
- Dispense ice. Dry shake.
- Double strain into flute glass. Top with Crane Lake.

- 2oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Smoked syrup
- 3 dash Angostura
- 2 dash orange bitters
- Smoke cedar and turn glass over smoke
- Build in mixing glass and then add ice
- Stir
- Big ice cube in glass. Pour drink over

- 2 oz Rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz Peach liquor
- 0.25 oz Amaro Nonino
- 2 dash Angostura
- Build in mixing glass (no ice)
- Add ice. Stir.
- Fill empty bottle with cinnamon smoke
- Strain drink into smoke filled bottle. Swirl a few times
- Pour into rocks glass over big ice cube

- In shaker build ingredients (no ice)
- Add ice. Shake.

- Build in shaker
- Dry shake
- Add ice. Shake.
- Drain ice. One more dry shake.
- Pour in high ball glass

- Build in tin with orange slice
- Add ice. Hard shake.
- Pour into rocks glass with ice
