Q

Tell us about a time you use the social listening tool

A

Vista social: I would use this to monitor channel gross. How do use the function to generate a report and I would look particularly at following growth and engagement and # Insights And I Would let that Inform Me Of How The Channels Are Progressing And What hashtags I would continue to use for engagement stop using
for example #stsilaschurchglasgow is followed by multiple followers to get the most engagement well #StSilasrootsPlus Isn’t It Doesn’t Get Much Engagement
Facebook insights: I made a real for the first time, and I wanted to see how effective it was for a campaign in raising awareness of a drama that the church were putting on.
I used Facebook insights to see how many people were viewing the video and how much of the video was being viewed.
I learnt that 1700 people viewed it which was great, but also that the average viewing time was six seconds
This resulted in me thinking through how I’d do it differently next time. Would be interesting to experiment with the format more. Music, questions, image.
Instagram insights: I use insights to discern posts are popular with the following.
I found out that photos are real people are by far the most popular post, so major to incorporate those posts in the post in schedule, for example, event recaps.

Q

Are you a planner or do you prefer to take things as they come?

A

In work you have to be a planner, especially with social media as time is everything you don’t want to overload your audience and lose and gauge meant.
I’m also a person that benefits and enjoys structure, so I plan out my day with time blocking, so I know how much time I have to dedicate in different tasks to ensure that they can all be completed on time

Q

How do you multitask?

A

Select all the tasks that need done in my week and plant them out of my calendar figuring out how long the tasks take and how urgently RI time block my calendar, accordingly, factoring for flexibility of unexpected meetings or unexpected tasks which might arise.
I pick out the things that need responses from other people which can take a bit longer and I sent out those emails first.
And then I pick out urgent tasks and ensure that I’m on the first of the things I do.
For example, I’m sure I do preparation for a meeting I have on Wednesday and write a study and leading that Wednesday on Monday.
I sent song suggestions for the Sunday service to the minister on Tuesday because sometimes it can take him awhile to respond, or sometimes he can have counter suggestions that then add time to the process.

Would be insistent about receiving details that hadn’t been decided on yet.
Abrasive personality
Hard to understand that she benefited from the structure and struggled without it, and she wanted to ensure no detail was missed for the benefit of the project.
I take action accordingly, made a Google Drive and took time in advance of when we meet anticipate questions she might ask and put the answers there, so I don’t have to repeat myself and should be able to refer back to it, this benefited Everyone else too

Q

how do you motivate someone his underperforming?

A

Informed by HR policy, I would ask him if they’re okay.
Would ask him if they need help with any tasks.
Would ask if there’s anything I particularly struggle with in their tasks. I can explain to them, for example, if they’re taking time to post things on the time and introduce them to scheduling software which post things.
I would encourage them in the good work they’re doing and remind them of the vision of the organisation. Maybe point to the impact of what they’re doing

Q

Biggest weakness

A

Critical, the first thing I think about a plan is for keto wrong.
This is bad because it means it takes more effort for me to be encouraging of my team members which is bad for morale.
Because I’m aware of this, I do try and actively be encouraging and make efforts to be encouraging where I’ve noticed it’s locked
This is good because the team are more prepared for things going wrong and can take action against this happening.

I’m not very good are confident in taking risks.
This is bad because you can’t always have assurance and action will succeed and sometimes the risks are necessary.
This is good because they put an extra effort to have assurance that my actions will succeed
