What is light?
Light is a wave called electromagnetic radiation.

A ray of light is light travelling in any one direction in a straight line

A beam of light is light given out from a source

Shadows are formed when and opaque object is played in the path of the ray of lights

The dark part of the shadow is the Umbra
What is penumbra?
The part of the shadow that’s a little lighter is the Peumbra
What is refraction and what causes it?
Refraction is the bending the bending of light it is caused by the change in speed of light
