- Remnant of the VENTRAL MESENTERY between the LIVER and DIAPHRAGMA and VENTRAL BODYWALL
- it included the LIG. TERES HEPATIS. Which was the V.umbillicalis in Foetal Life.
In CA= Caudal portion filled with FAT

A
- Leads the BILE DUCT to DUODENUM and PORTAL VEIN, A.HEPATICA to the LIVER
- Together with LIG.HEPATOGASTRICUM it constitute the LESSER OMENTUM.
