What do you do when someone vomits?
You roll them onto their side, setting them in semi-prone position. This you do by raising (straightening) the arm furthest from you and bending their leg closest to you, then roll them. This position is also used if the victim starts breathing, as they may vomit at the time. Once victim has finished vomiting, clean it out with your gloves and, if they are still not breathing, start with two breaths.
