(post traumatic stress disorder) and is a psychological and physical condition

•strange vocalizations •chest not moving but only the mouth is •abnormal patterns of breathing •complexion probably going blue • spazms
what should you say before performing CPR?
I have an unresponsive person here, not breathing. call 999 and get an ambulance here and get the defibrillator as I am about to start CPR
how many compressions during CPR should you do per minute? and how many per second?
100/120 and up to 2 per second?
how deep should you press on the sternum when performing CPR?
5/6cm deep
how many compressions should I do on an unconscious person?
30 compressions
how many rescue breaths should I give inbetween 30 compressions on an unconscious person?
2 rescue breaths
what does CPR stand for?
cardiopulmonary resucitation (CPR)

what is secondary drowning and how long can it happen after the incident?
secondary drowning is water inside the body that irritates the lungs anf fills them up with water meaning someone can drown after 72 hours of an incident
how do you prevent secondary drowning?
place the person im the recovery position for 30 minutes each side evem if breathing fine but unconscious
