Start military service where they learn how to fight and be trained to do other skills that would be useful in the war

They have to take a military test

Tested on combat and fighting
What happened after you passed the military test?
Find a wife and make babies until the age of 30
What happened after the men turn 30?
They have to serve the military and not see their wives until the age of 60 when they retire
What would happen if people knew that a man produced no babies?
Would be humiliated
What would happen if the people knew that a man had loads of babies?
Would be praised
