How do you check in baggage at the airport?
- Go to check in computers
- Print baggage sticker
- Go to baggage weigh in counter. Remove back of sticker and put sticker on handle
- Place baggage (with sticker on) on weight conveyor
- Scan boarding pass
Steps to exit aircraft?
- Tray table up
- Check that you have iPad, laptop, head phones and other devices
- Grab hand baggage (stay seated until rows close to you in front start moving)
- Exit aircraft and go to train or taxi
Steps to buy a cold drip coffee
- Walk up to counter
- 5 if the person behind the counter says, ‘hello’, ‘how are you’ or similar, respond
- Say, ‘could I have one cold drip coffee please. No biscuit please.’
- The staff member at counter may ask your name, if so, respond.
- Get wallet out (including getting credit card out so it is ready)
- Scan on the credit card terminal (using pay wave).
- Move closer to the cold drip to pick up.
How to file an email
1 click on the email
1.3 if it can be actioned immediately, action.
1.6 if it can’t be actioned immediately, create a task for the email.
If there is no action for the email, go ahead and file.
2 if it is for a file with a shortcut (ie Aurizon or Impact) file using the shortcut
3 if it is not for a file with a shortcut, move to relevant folder
How to order room service
1 if you are ordering food, then review menu for food
2 call room service or guest services by dialling 9
3 on the call, ask how long it will take
Open maps and go to location
0.5 if an app is open, slide up from the bottom of the screen with one finger to get to home screen
1 go to first screen on iPhone and click maps app (1st column 3rd row)
2 in the maps app, click the search box and type address or location
Leaving hotel
- Find your hotel room security card and put it in pocket. Take note of your hotel room number.
- 5 put shoes on.
- Ensure you have your PKW.
- Ask, is there anything else I need?
