Soul
The non-physical spiritual part of a person which some people believe makes us who we are.
Life After Death
The existence of life that a person (or a soul) has after death.
Dualism
The belief that humans have both a body and a soul, and that these are two separate things or elements.
Reincarnation
The belief that after death the soul separates and from the body and is born again into a knew body.
Karma
The actions that you take in life good or bad.
Materialism
The belief that the only thing that exists id physical matter and that humans do not have a soul or spirited element.
Consciousness
Your awareness of your ‘self’ your own existence, sensations, thoughts and emotions, your inner life. Everything that makes you who you are.
Neuroscience
The branch of science that studies the brain and mind.
