Definition of new pharmacist?
Be a graduate of a school or college of pharmacy or department
of pharmacy of a university recognized by the board or the accreditation council for pharmacy education, or qualify under subsection D of this section.
Definition of Transfer/Reciprocity?
You must be a US citizen, permanent resident (green card), or have a valid US passport.
The license to be reciprocated must have been obtained by examination (a primary license by Naplex exam) and must be open in good standing in your original state of licensure.
Definition of Score Transfer?
You must have selected Arizona as score transfer state at the time of
Naplex registration or within 90 days of taking the exam.
If you did not select Arizona as a score transfer state you must apply by reciprocity.
Definition of Foreign Graduate?
If you are a graduate of a foreign university, you must submit a copy of your FPGEC certificate
