Licensing rules for graduates of nonregistered and nonaccredited programs
Graduates of non-registered/non-accredited programs (e.g., foreign graduates) must:
Pass an initial exam approved by the NY Board of Pharmacy.
Complete at least 12 months of full-time experience in an approved internship.
After the internship, they must pass additional exams to assess their knowledge in curricular and practice areas.
how many CE hours must be complete in compounding
3 hours. must be consistent w. current compounding standars as det. by NYSED

45 day waiting period
max 3 attempts per 12 month period
if u fail 3 times in a 12 month period, you must wait atleast 12 months from first attempt to reapply and begin application process again
what happens if you fail MPJE
30 day waiting period
5 attempts in all
each state decides on how much federal and or state laws should be on the exam
