  • Onset two weeks
  • No trauma (just running q.o.d. for 30 minutes); …although she “missed a step” when descending a stairwell about 3 weeks ago.
  • VSS in the office. Pt. in NAD
  • Pt has no previous Knee pain Hx
  • No pain with active or passive movement
  • No Tenderness to palp.
  • No edema/inflammation/redness
  • Pain is constant
  • Full ROM
  • No numbness or tingling
  • Pain radiates from lower back to leg.
  • Negative Straight Leg test
  • Normal/Equal pulses bilaterally
  • Seated/Standing flexion test positive right side
