No preposition! Just say the next verb Esempio: La compagnia vuole assumere... La compagnia deve assumere... La compagnia può assumere...

***whenever there is a preposition like da or di before it you always use cui. If no preposition, you use che.
Difference between provare and potere (both grammatically and meaning wise)
Grammatically:
Provare needs an A after
ie. Provo a leggere ogni giorno
Potere has no prep position ever. Just straight to the verb.
ie. La compagnia può assumere nuovi dipendenti.
Meaning:
Provare is to tentatively try something
Potere is ask permission to do something
I am going to suck it up
