Posture
Position of the body
Alignment
The stacking of body parts

Forward, Back, Side R, Side L, Twist R, Twist L, Spiral R, Spiral L
Cat and Dog to Contract and Release
Primary contract and release, strengthen the back, more balance on all four, connections to balance in standing alignment
Forms of stretching
Static- holding in lengthened position to relax muscles, gravity assistance
Ballistic- bouncy movements, momentum used to stretch
PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation)-contract and release of muscle
Common errors in feet lying on stomach
Rolling in/out
