Can you tell me about the property & instruction?
Instructed to dispose of LH of 3 units within a period property in bath
One unit was a large top floor (10,000 sq ft)
Two other units were smaller, fitted accommodation (1,500 - 4,000 sq ft each)
Good specification
What did you include in your interest tracker?
I noted any market requirements that fit the description of the property
I noted recent major deals within the bath market that would be comparable
Can you give me an example of a requirement that would make it on to the tracker?
a 1,500 - 4,000 sq ft requirement for bath city centre
interest from online visits
What if there were no updates?
I would ask my client if they wanted to hold the meeting
I would provide a brief update on the market, via email or call, including notable deals in bristol and bath or wider economic property / occupier news relevant to the south west and the property
Would you have the meeting on a monthly basis all the time?
I considered the business schedules of my client and colleagues
I would be flexible with the meeting, rearranging if conflicts
If particularly busy, I would offer an email update or quick phone call
It was set on a monthly basis on a Thursday at 3pm
Why did you include these stakeholders?
The Asset managers were in charge of the property so a key stakeholder to inform of its progress
Joint agents to share insights in market and any direct requirements received
Did you lease the unit?
They are still on the market
Do C&W have any feedback procedures?
We can send out surveys to understand What went well and improved upon
We may look for informal feedback during a call or in person meeting
