Poetry began a long time ago. It was transmitted orally and recorded what was memorable in people’s lives: battles, victories, heroic deeds

The layout

A

The layout is the way a poem appears on the page.
words composed in verse, which are in turn grouped into stanzas.

There are many different types of stanzas. Esistono diversi tipi di strofe.
The most common are:
✒️Couplet : a stanza with two lines.

✒️Quatrain: a stanza with four lines.
