Antony (after two of his legions left and joined Octavian) fled to Cisalpine Gaul and made himself governor instead of Decimus
The senate declared war on Antony
Purpose of Letter
to mention how he wishes he had been part of Caesars murderers and how he wishes Antony had been killed also

had detained Antony in speech whilst Caesar was being stabbed
an admirer of Cicero’s
never got this letter as he was murderd by Dollebella in Smyrna
wishes he had been invited to Caesar’s murder
