We use the present simple tense for:

In the present simple tense, we use regularly adverbs of time, for example:
Never, rarely, sometimes, often, usually, generally, always.
In negative form for Present Simple, the subject for ARE, IS and AM:
We do not study (we don’t study) /// IS: He does not study // I do not study
Go / Do/ Have in present simple for She, He or It?
Goes, does, has
Present simple in verbs ending in “Y”, for example: FLY
Flies
Use present simple for:
True or habits
We are using the present continuous for:
- happening now
- unfinished event
- period around now
- future plan
In present continuous use “behavior” when we like use the verb to be:
be or to be ==> Being: Tom is a normally good student but today he is BEING naughty.
