If a country is stratified by power, prestige, wealth and resources,
so is the world.
This stratification widely describes the development gap between
rich and poor countries around the world.
Refers system of unequal distribution of power, resources and
opportunities between countries or among world’s nations.
Emphasizes the fact that there is an extreme difference between
the richest and poorest nations
Global Stratification
measures all goods and services that are
made in the country. This means that it
includes goods and services produced
by international and multinational
companies and domestic producers.
