Type 1 of LTM - episodic memory
A
-time stamped memories. Personal events and experiences, being added to constantly through experiences
E.g remembering holidays

-memories for facts and general knowledge and the meaning of everything you know. Your own encyclopaedia

-memory of how to do thing like complex skills, recalled without conscious effort
