A
A testator’s will may be expressly or impliedly revoked after its creation

A
Where the testator revokes his or her will upon a mistaken belief that another disposition of the property would be effected, and but for this mistake the testator would not have revoked the previous will, the prior will may be probated

Where a subsequent testamentary instrument revokes an earlier will, and that subsequent instrument is itself revoked, the prior will may be probated
