What is non-verbal communication?
It refers to the way of delivering a message without the use of words.
What are the forms of non-verbal communication?
Facial expressions, hand gestures, posture, eye contact, space (proxemic), touch(haptics), and paralanguage(prosodic features).
What are hand gestures?
It refers to the movements made with hands to communicate or emphasize ideas.
What is body gesture?
It refers to the specific ways in which people position their bodies, often conveys a wide range of meaning/interpretation.
What are the two confident posture?
It is the—standing tall with shoulders back and hands on hips.
What are the two relaxed posture?
It is—leaning back in a chair and sitting with legs stretched out.
What are the two defensive postures?
It is—crossed hands and henched shoulders.
What are the two attentive posture?
It is—leaning forward and sitting upright with feet flat on the floor.
What are the two aggressive postures?
It is—Standing with feet apart and arms akimbo & puffing out of the chest.
What are the two submissive postures?
It is—head down and slumped shoulders & avoiding direct body orientation.
What are the two closed posture?
It is—Crossed legs while standing and turning away.

It is—arms open and palms visible & standing with feet shoulder.
