basic terms in arms
- arms in lateral position - right or left direction
- arms in reverse t position - upward or downward
- kumintang - outward and inward circular movement of wrists or hands
- hapay - ‘giving’ movements
- bilao - up and down movement of hands (sidewards, center)
- hayon-hayon - front and back
- salok - down to up swing motion of hands
