Stages of childhood
The stages: early,middle,and late.
The stages of life can be grouped into four stages.
Stages of development
When he or she is born they start to develop the sides of the health triangle.
They build confidence and start to relate well to others
Infancy
Infancy is the first years of life
A child doubles in height and weight
Early Childhood
Toddlers are children of years one to three.
They are learning to walk and talk.
Middle Childhood
Children between the ages of three and five
They develop better coordination.
Late Childhood
Children at the ages of six and eleven
School becomes mandatory.
Adolescence
Children at ages 12 through 18
You are not yet an adult,nor a young child.
Physical Development
Puberty is when you get adult traits
Girls start before boys do
Emotional Development
You are aware of how your opinions and feelings effect people.
You cannot control your hormones.
Social Development
Help you learn how to see yourself.
Helps you relate to other people.
