-50% female rape victims are from someone they knew extremely well
-29% relatively well
-50% of all rapes are repeat offences of same attacker
What are the likelihoods of being victims of offences(AO1)
High chance being victim of minor offence, rare chance being victim of serious offence
What does the CSEW say about economic situation of victims(AO1)
Higher likelihood of being victim of burglary or vehicle theft in run down areas
Due to rented accommodation
Poorer households w/ single parents at greater risk
What does the CSEW say about ethnicity of victims(AO1)
Minorities more risk from personal crime
-particularly street robbery
Possibly because live in inner city areas where poverty/single parenthood is more common
