debacle
n. a general breakup or dispersion; sudden downfall or rout. Ex. Fortunately for him, he did not live to see the debacle of Russian society in 1917.

v. to reduce in quality or value; adulterate. Ex. His need of money led him to debase the currency eighty-one times between 1350 and 1355.
didactic
adj. designed or intended to teach people something Ex. the poet’s works became increasingly didactic after his religious conversion
diffident
adj. 1) lacking confidence : not feeling comfortable around people 2) very careful about acting or speaking Ex. She was diffident about stating her opinion.
demagogue
noun
- a political leader who tries to get support by making false claims and promises and using arguments based on emotion rather than reason
His politcal opponent called him a demagogue for letting down his supporters.
demean
verb
- to cause (someone or something) to seem less important or less worthy of respect
Don’t demean your opponents, show some respect.
deleterious
adj.
harmful to living things
e.x. The cold weather has deleterious effect on this plants.
denigrate
verb
- Criticize unfairly; disparage
Example Sentence:
It will be nice if there can be a fair competition withour anyone denigrating.
delineate
v.
describe in vivid details
e.x. She is delineated perfectly in the biography.
debauch
: behaving in an immoral way that involves drinking too much alcohol, taking drugs, having sex with many people, etc.

to say publicly and forcefully that you regard (something) as bad, wrong, etc.
