What is naturalization?
Lawful permanent resident after meeting requirements given by Congress in the INA. (Immigration and Nationality Act)
Was is the First Amendment?
Protects the freedom of speech, religion, the press, peaceful protest, and petition the government.
What is the Second Amendment?
Protects the rights to bear arms/ own firearms.
What is the Third Amendment?
It states that if the United States is not at war, then it cannot make people house soldiers.
What is the Fourth Amendment?
Prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any search warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.
What is just cause?
The employer must have a reason.
