Periodic
It is a financial report or a summary of sales activity over a period of item of an operational business
Sales
It documents the development of a particular project.
Progress
It is a report which relies heavily on the respondents’ answers.
Survey
It is an internal report used by management to compare the estimated, budgeted projections with the actual performance number achieved during a period
Budget
It is a report assigned in disciplines of the applied socal sciences (eg., social work, anthropology, criminal justice, education, law, the health care professions).
Field
It examines a proposed solution and evaluates whether it is possible, given certain constraints (eg. in putting up a business).
Feasibility
It describes and assesses a particular program, in which the recommendation can be used to guide program improvement and decision making.
Evaluation
It is a well-documented assessment of a certain phenomena via an experiment.
Laboratory
It documents all workplace illnesses, injuries, near misses and accidents, and should be completed at the time or soon after an incident occurs.
