Phylum Echinodermata
They are bilaterally symmetrical, triploblastic with an organ-system level of classification.
They possess a notochord and a nerve cord.
The circulatory system is closed type.
Phylum Chordata
important scientific tool, used to identify different organisms, based the organism’s observable traits.
Dichotomous Key
consist of a series of statements with two choices in each step that will lead users to the correct identification.
Dichotomous Key
are simple, sac-like sea creatures that filter feed and often stay attached to surfaces.
Urochordata
re small, fish-like animals with a notochord that burrow in sand and also filter feed.
Cephalochordata
have a backbone and a complex structure, including a developed nervous system, and can be found in many environments with diverse diets.
Vertebrata
Bilaterally symmetrical and triploblastic.
Phylum Annelida
Have jointed appendages, exoskeleton and a segmented body.
Phylum Arthropoda
Have pseudocoelom, a false body cavity.
