The ability of the body to meet the demands of daily
physical effort and activity, to have enough energy
reserve for unexpected emergencies and to enjoy
the feeling of well being that regular exercise
brings.
Health-related Fitness
Is the makeup of body tissues, including muscle, bone,
body fat, and all other body tissues.

The ability to contract the muscles many
times without tiring or the ability to hold one
contraction for an extended period. It is
measured by increasing repetitions or time
with the same load.
Muscular Endurance
is part of fitness that help a person
perform well in sports and activities
that require certain skills.
Skill-related Fitness
the ability to change and
control the direction and
position of your body while
maintaining a constant, rapid
motion.
Agility
the ability to move your
body or parts of your
body quickly at the
shortest period of time.
Speed
