Pharaoh’s daughter found Moses. His name means “drawn out” because she took him from the river.
Why does Moses flee from Egypt?
One day, as Moses was watching the Hebrews work, he became angry and killed a taskmaster who was striking one of his kinsmen. When Pharaoh heard of this, he sought to kill Moses. So Moses had to flee from Egypt.
