Food tastes delicious and is well liked by family members.

This food are rich in carbohydrates and fats. They provide the body with heat and energy.

This food are rich in protein. Protein is a nutrient that builds and repairs body tissues.
Body-building food
This food are rich in vitamins and minerals that keep the body healthy and strong.

Rice, corn, potatoes, bread, oil, margarine

Meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, nuts
What are the example of body-regulating food?
Food rich in vitamins and mineral like: meat fish, seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables.
Vitamins that make our eyes clear and the skin smooth and healthy.

Vitamins that keeps the teeth and bones strong.

Vitamins that makes the cell in the body healthy and helps fight cold and infection.

Minerals that perform important functions in the body.
