yes i do . i always try my best to be healthy. i care about my diet and i work out. i am usually ecstatic. i can say i am healthy physically and mentally. it is important for me to enjoy my life to the maximum

to be honest no, i don’t.i’m too lazy to do sport. and i don’t have healthy diet.i know that i have to kick myself into action and take care of myself but it’s too hard. but i tried to optimize my health.sometimes i was sucessfull and sometimes all my effort ended in failer

that little shift can change how you look at the things that you are doing.
