What is a line?
A line is a set of points that goes on forever, it has one dimension.
What is a point?
A point has no dimension, usually represented by a dot in a plane
What is a plane?
A plane has two dimensions, it goes on forever, and is usually represented by a parallelogram.
What are collinear points?
Points that lie on the same line.
What are coplanar points?
Points that lie on the same plane.
What is a segment/line segment?
It’s a segment, or excerpt of a line that consists of endpoints and all the points between the endpoints.
What is a ray?
A ray is a line that consists of one endpoint and all the points that follow the endpoint.
What are opposite rays?
Two rays that face opposite directions and make a line.
What is an intersection?
An intersection is the point or points two or more geometric figures have in common.
